Become a Part-time Rider

We want as many people, firefighters and non-firefighters, to ride with us as possible, for as long as possible. While we only have 10 dedicated riders, we understand that many of you would like to join us for multiple days or maybe even segments throughout the Ride for 9-11. We have developed a program for you to help us raise awareness and money for LFF and WWP.

Here is the program:

  1. Rider will be responsible for raising a minimum of $500/week they ride with us. This is only in weekly segments. If rider only rides 10 calendar days rider will be responsible for 2 weeks of fundraising as a minimum ($1,000).
  2. Rider will be provided course support.
    1. water/sport drink
    2. 1 medium bag transported
    3. riding food
    4. mechanical aid
    5. course aid if ride cannot finish day
  3. Rider will be ultimately responsible for their own transportation around destination city we will make every effort to help
  4. Rider will be responsible for their own accommodations
  5. Rider will receive 1 Ride for 9-11 Jersey
  6. Rider will have VIP access at all dinner fundraiser events
  7. Rider must have money raised and dates turned in no later than July 1st
  8. Rider will automatically be entered into a contest to see who can raise the most money. There will be 3 winners and prizes are TBA
